[How to order]

Please fill out the order form and we will send you a confirmation email so you can check the product details, price, etc.

[Required fees other than product price]

●Domestic delivery
Shipping fee: 800 yen nationwide (free shipping for purchases of 24,200 yen or more including tax)
Cash on delivery fee: 400 yen (*The total amount displayed on the order confirmation screen does not include the cash on delivery fee. If you use cash on delivery, please prepare the payment by adding the 400 yen fee to the total amount.)
● International shipping fee: 2,500 yen flat rate
*We do not ship to China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan.
*For deliveries outside of Japan, the product price will be excluding tax, but there may be cases where the local customs office determines that additional duties will be levied. In such cases, the customer will be required to pay the tax amount. Please note.

[Shipping period]

Ships within 1-4 business days of order (excluding weekends and holidays)
Your item will arrive the day after shipping or the day after that.
However, it may take more than 3 days for delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.
*For overseas shipping, it is not possible to specify a delivery date.

[Payment period]

- Credit card payment: Payment is due when you place your order.
Cash on delivery: Payment is required to the delivery company when the product is delivered.

[About delivery notes/receipts]

In order to protect the global environment, we have implemented paperless invoices and receipts. After your order has been shipped, you can download them from the link in the shipping confirmation email or from your My Page.
*If you pay by cash on delivery, you will be able to download the receipt after we confirm that you have received the product.
*You can change the name, address, and notes on the receipt from the download page.

[About member registration]

If you register as a member of the online shop, you will be able to check your order history and issue receipts/delivery notes from your My Page.
You can also register your personal information such as your address, which will save you having to enter it again in the future.

[About repairs]

・We also accept repairs at our stores nationwide, not just the online shop or store where you purchased your product.

-When requesting repairs, please bring your proof of purchase along with the product and any damaged parts.
・Whether or not repairs are possible, as well as the time and cost involved, will vary depending on the condition of the item. We will provide you with an estimate after taking the item in and checking its condition.
- If you present your purchase certificate and a malfunction occurs while using the product normally in accordance with the instructions, we will provide a free repair service for one year from the date of purchase.
*However, there will be a charge in the following cases.
- If more than one year has passed since the date of purchase - If you do not present a proof of purchase - If the product has malfunctioned or been damaged due to carelessness, or if parts have been lost - If the product has minor scratches or discoloration of the crystal or metal that occurs during use
・During repairs, we may use some substitute products or parts.
*Please note that depending on the condition of the product and the type of repair required, we may be unable to accept your request or may need to keep it for an extended period of time.
*If you are unable to visit our store and would like to have your item repaired by mail, please contact us using the inquiry form.

[Regarding returns, exchanges, order cancellations, and changes]

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
・Products that have been used once ・Products with lost, damaged or soiled accessories (box, pouch, purchase certificate, etc.) ・Pre-order products ・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago ・Returns due to customer reasons (different from the image, wrong order, etc.)
・Piercings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
*Please note that there may be slight differences in the shape and color of the jewelry in the images.
You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. However, depending on the timing of your inquiry, cancellation may not be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form. Please note that cancellations are not possible after shipping has been completed.

You can change your order details until the item has been shipped, but in some cases, the system may not allow changes. In that case, we may cancel your order and ask you to place a new order and make a new payment.
Also, depending on the timing of your inquiry, we may not be able to make changes. If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form.
*If there are any changes to your order, we will consider the date the change procedure is completed as the order date and proceed with the shipping procedure, so please understand that it may take longer than usual.

[If the delivered product is different from the order or if the product is defective]

We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible, so please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product if it is shipped domestically, and within 14 days if it is shipped overseas.
