All orders come with free gift wrapping.

After placing your item in an original jewelry box, our staff will carefully wrap it with a ribbon. We will also include one free shopping bag (carrying bag) with each order.

In addition, in order to protect the global environment, we have implemented a paperless invoice system. You can download the invoice from the link in the shipping completion email or from your My Page.

If the name of the person placing the order and the name of the recipient are the same

• We will include the same number of shopping bags as the number of items purchased.
• If you purchase multiple items, we will attach a sticky note with the product name on it to each box so you can identify the contents.

If the name of the person placing the order and the name of the recipient are different

• We will include one shopping bag regardless of the number of items purchased.
• Even if you purchase multiple items, we will not attach sticky notes with the product name on them.
• The remarks section of the delivery slip will read "Delivery from (Orderer's name)" (only for deliveries within Japan).
