Regardless of whether or not a gift is designated, all products are delivered in gift wrapping (free of charge). However, for details on the number of shopping bags (carrier bags) provided, please see "About Gift Wrapping."
If the delivered product is different from your order or is defective, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product if it is shipped domestically, and within 14 days if it is shipped overseas.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please carefully check your order details before placing it. For details, please see the " Repairs, Returns/Exchanges" page.

Grosse Glacé jewelry is free of nickel, which is a major component of metal allergies. In addition, because it is coated with 23K or pure platinum, many people with metal allergies have said that Grosse Glacé jewelry can be worn safely.
In order to protect the global environment, we have implemented paperless invoices and receipts. After your order has been shipped, you can download them from the link in the shipping confirmation email or from your My Page.
*If you pay by cash on delivery, you will be able to download the receipt after we confirm that you have received the product.
*You can change the name, address, and notes on the receipt from the download page.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you have completed your order but have not received an email, it may be due to one of the following two reasons:
①There is an error in the registered email address. ②You are unable to receive the email due to spam settings.
Due to the effects of spam prevention measures, emails may be automatically sorted into the spam folder even if you have not set it up yourself.

You can cancel your order until the item has been shipped. However, depending on the timing of your inquiry, cancellation may not be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
You can change your order until the shipment is complete, but there may be cases where the system does not allow changes. In such cases, we may cancel your order and ask you to place a new order and make a new payment.
Also, depending on the timing of your contact, we may not be able to make changes.

*If there are any changes to your order, we will consider the date the change procedure is completed as the order date and proceed with the shipping procedure, so please understand that it may take longer than usual.
Generally, orders are shipped within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Your item will arrive the day after shipping or the day after that.
However, it may take more than 3 days for delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.
You can specify your desired delivery date in the "Desired Delivery Date" section of your cart. Please note that you can only specify dates that are available in your cart.
If you would like your order delivered as quickly as possible, please select "No preference."
*Depending on the delivery area, weather conditions, etc., we may not be able to accommodate your desired delivery date and time.
*For overseas shipping, date cannot be specified.
